D&S Trading Maven, LLC ("D&S," "we," "us," or "our") is a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use our website, software, and services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number)
• Your NinjaTrader account email and/or TradingView username (used to issue product licenses)
• IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamp when you accept our Release of Liability & Customer Agreement
• Chart images uploaded to the D&S AI Genie
• Usage data (product downloads, session timestamps) when you interact with our services

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our services
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send important account notifications
• To provide customer support
• To improve our products and services

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We use encryption for data in transit and at rest.

D&S AI Genie Data

Chart images uploaded to our D&S AI Genie are stored securely and automatically deleted after 7 days. We do not sell or share your chart images with third parties. Images are only used to provide the analysis service you request.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1)
• NinjaTrader Ecosystem API / Tradovate — Automated license issuance for our NinjaTrader products (we share your NT account email with NinjaTrader for the sole purpose of licensing)
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — Encrypted database hosting
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Anthropic Claude — AI chart analysis (D&S AI Genie)

Data Retention

We retain account, subscription, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for up to seven (7) years after account closure to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Chart images uploaded to D&S AI Genie are automatically deleted after 7 days. Signed Release of Liability & Customer Agreements are retained indefinitely as legal audit records.

Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session and preferences. Essential cookies are required for the service to function. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention obligations for tax and audit records)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• File a complaint with your local data-protection authority if you believe we've mishandled your information

Nevada Residents — Notice Under NRS § 603A

Nevada residents may submit a verified request that D&S not sell certain covered personal information to a third party. We do not sell personal information as defined by NRS § 603A. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy and honor opt-out requests within sixty (60) days.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at or intended for children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

International Users

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Where changes are material, we will additionally notify you by email.
