Why No Refunds?

• Immediate Access: Upon subscription, you receive instant access to our software, license keys, and educational materials. This access cannot be "returned."
• Digital Products: Our products are digital software and information that cannot be returned or resold after delivery.
• Intellectual Property: Once you access our trading strategies and proprietary algorithms, that knowledge cannot be undone.
• Fair Practice: This policy ensures fair treatment for all customers and protects against abuse of our products.

We strongly encourage you to:

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to circumvent this policy through chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of your account and license. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks. All evidence of purchase acceptance will be provided to your financial institution.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but will NOT result in a refund for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of your paid period.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as duplicate charges or technical billing errors on our end, we may issue a credit or adjustment. This is at our sole discretion and does not constitute a change to our no-refund policy. Contact us at support@dandstradingmaven.com for billing inquiries.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy are subject to the mandatory binding arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service (Section 17) and Release of Liability & Customer Agreement (Section 19), which require arbitration seated in Clark County, Nevada (Las Vegas), administered by the American Arbitration Association, with jury and class-action waivers.
